Field Technician Safety
Axiom worked with a leading Utility company to institute and implement a process wherein Master Documentation is updated as changes are made to their Gas Transmission assets across a wide geography. In addition to updating all schematics to “as-built” standards, Axiom created a custom application for the Utility’s Corporate Office to track ongoing field changes including GPS coordinates of far-flung and remote stations and also ensure Asset Tag consistency. Immediate payoffs included enhanced field technician safety, compliance with regulatory bodies, risk mitigation and minimal service disruptions for the Utility’s customers.
Knowledge Sharing
A community with 30,000 global members maintains its archive of irreplaceable documents and analog voice recordings in the Bay Area. After other EDM vendors backed away from the challenge, Axiom provided a custom platform that not only provided information access, but also served as a platform for idea exchange and creation of collaborative knowledge between members across 100+ countries. While retaining the purity of the original documents, strict version control was built into the application, allowing the client designated Administrator fully control and manage the rapidly expanding data.
Claim Processing
Multiple Axiom clients have realized the benefits of image-enabled Healthcare Claim Processing. Leveraging both on-site and offshore teams, Axiom has successfully reduced operating costs for our clients from Day 1 of engagement. Transaction processing timelines have been reduced from 4 -5 days to 12 hours. Risk mitigation, fraud minimization, reducing duplicate processing and avoidance of State penalties for delayed processing are some of the other measurable benefits derived by our clients. The Image-enabled process also offers our clients deeper analytic capabilities resulting in greater Claim Processing savings, a priority in the business.
Research Enablement
A leading State University was struggling with a 12 million page paper archive containing critical research information. Axiom created a proprietary application managing the multi-year transition from paper to a digital library. All services associated with this high-volume assignment were also exclusively provided by Axiom. Today, as a result of the complex business rules incorporated in the Metadata extraction engine, the University enjoys distributed and multiple keyword access with full search capabilities among other significant advantages. In appreciation of the work done, multiple follow-up projects were also awarded to Axiom.

Our client helped their customers reduce cost of litigation in the building industry by managing documentation and correspondence during the construction process.
